. Platform Promotion:
o Visit colleges, training institutes, and local business hubs to introduce Jobipo Onboard.
o Explain the platform’s features, benefits, and how it helps both job seekers and employers.
2. Lead Generation & Sign-Ups:
o Generate sign-ups from job seekers and company HRs directly through field visits.
o Collect contact details and help users register on the portal via mobile or tablet.
3. Partnership Development:
o Identify and partner with local recruiters, placement agencies, and coaching centres.
o Promote Jobipo On-board as a trusted job listing and candidate sourcing platform.
4. Brand Awareness Activities:
o Distribute flyers, posters, and other promotional materials in high-traffic areas.
o Organize small on-ground campaigns or booths at colleges and public places.
5. Market Feedback:
o Understand local hiring trends and collect user feedback about the platform.
o Share market insights with the internal marketing and product team.
6. Daily Reporting:
o Maintain records of field visits, leads generated, sign-ups done, and feedback collected.
o Submit daily and weekly performance reports to the manager.
