We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell banking and financial products by meeting customers in the field. The role involves lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets through direct interaction with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential customers to promote banking and financial products
Sell products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, savings accounts, and investment plans
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local market visits
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers
Assist customers with documentation and application processes
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of banking and financial products
Ability to work independently in the field
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel locally
Basic smartphone and app usage skills
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in field sales or BFSI sales
Local area knowledge
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
