Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our wide range of CP fittings and sanitary products. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork to expand and strengthen our dealer and distributor network in Surat.
Candidates with prior experience in reputed bathware fittings brands are preferred. Applicants from allied industries such as paints, chemicals, or cement may also be considered if they possess a strong and active dealer network.
A deep understanding of the Surat market, along with strong sales and relationship-building skills, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, visit, and onboard potential dealers and distributors within the assigned territory
Promote Varbal Bathware products through regular field visits and product presentations
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and distributors
Ensure timely communication and execution of dealer schemes and offers
Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
Clearly communicate product USPs and benefits to channel partners
Collect and submit market feedback and competitor analysis
Maintain accurate monthly sales records and reports
Ensure proper product display and brand visibility at dealer outlets
Collect payments from dealers and distributors as per company policy
Preferred Experience
Prior experience with bathware/sanitary fitting brands such as Jaquar, DCI, Ganga, Orio, DBI, Aris, or similar
Candidates from paint, chemical, or cement industries must have a strong dealer network
Complete knowledge of Surat city and surrounding markets
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline)
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of sanitaryware/bathware products (or willingness to learn)
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
