Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing good service.
Handling dine-in, takeaway, and online orders.
Operating POS and managing billing/cash transactions.
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and overall store.
Assisting in stock counting and reporting shortages to supervisor.
Ensuring quality, taste, and presentation of food items are maintained.
Coordinating with team members for smooth operations.
Following hygiene and safety rules at all times.
Handling customer queries and complaints politely and escalating if needed.
