About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our HR and Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent across various IT domains. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions (developers, engineers, analysts, architects, etc.).
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipeline and database (ATS or other tools).
Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and hiring best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong knowledge of IT roles and technical skills (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity).
Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Good to Have
Familiarity with recruitment in niche technologies (AI, Blockchain, Data Science, etc.).
Experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment.
Certifications in HR or Recruitment.
