The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various domestic projects and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for the Indian market, strong knowledge of IT technologies, and a proven track record in identifying top talent in a competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities: Domestic IT Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles specifically for the Indian market, including understanding client requirements and finding the right fit. Sourcing & Screening: Use various channels to source qualified candidates, including job portals (Naukri, found it, etc.), social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Candidate Management: Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, from the initial contact to onboarding. Job Posting: Craft clear and compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract the right talent. Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and manage interviews. Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth process. Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and recurring IT roles. Negotiation & Offer Management: Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts, ensuring candidates are aligned with budget and expectations. Market Understanding: Keep up-to-date with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape in the Indian IT recruitment market. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and relevant laws, particularly for domestic labor regulations. Requirements: Experience: 0-5 years of IT recruitment experience in the domestic market. IT Knowledge: Good understanding of various IT roles and technologies such as software development, cloud computing, DevOps, data science, and cybersecurity. Sourcing Expertise: Experience using Indian job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), social media platforms (LinkedIn), and networking tools to source local talent. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively. Negotiation Skills: Experience in salary negotiations and offer management within the Indian market. Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and recruiting software. Preferred: Experience working in IT staffing agencies or large IT services firms focused on the domestic Indian market.
