We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with an MBA in Human Resources to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations.
Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
