The Consulting Mind is looking for a Sales Executive who can handle customer interactions, manage calling activities, and achieve sales targets through cold calling and client meetings. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication and motivated to convert leads into customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Perform cold calling to generate new leads Understand customer requirements and explain company services clearly Follow up with interested leads and close sales Fix and attend client meetings when required Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & meeting targets Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions Provide basic customer support and resolve queries Work closely with the sales team to improve performance Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred) Experience in telecalling / sales / customer handling is an advantage Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure What We Offer: Fixed salary + performance-based growth Sales training and support Career growth opportunities Friendly and professional work environment
