Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (Tele Sales)
Location: Sector 142, Noida
Experience Required: 1 to 4 years
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and effectively present the company’s products and services.
Set sales targets and assist in developing marketing strategies.
Initiate and manage outbound phone conversations with potential and existing customers.
Maintain and update customer information in the database.
Ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.
Use sales scripts to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Process customer orders professionally and accurately.
Deliver excellent customer service across all interactions.
Respond to product and service-related queries.
Follow all company policies, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
Strong communication and influencing skills; able to deliver persuasive sales pitches.
Customer-focused with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
Salary & Incentives:
?18,000 to ?30,000 per month
Incentives:
Performance incentives up to ?10,000 per month
Daily incentives up to ?500
