Job Opening - Inside Sales Executive Location: BTM Layout 2nd Stage Company Name: Practo Prior Inside sales experience in heath-tech or fin-tech or ed Company Overview: Practo is a health-tech platform that connects patients with healthcare providers, services, and products. It allows users to find and book appointments with doctors, consult doctors online, order medicines, and book lab tests. The platform also provides digital health records for patients and practice management software for clinics and hospitals. Compensation Package •Salary: 4.5LPA (Depend On Experience) •Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week Key Responsibilities 1. Call prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasising product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution 2. Consult with medical practice owners to understand practice workflow needs and expectations 3. Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities 4. Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan including Outbound and Inbound prospect management 5. Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals 6. Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts, and reporting on market situation and competition 7. Cold calling 8. Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects for the organisation 9. Providing suggestions to improvise on sales and marketing strategies 10. 100?hievement of Sales MRR targets 11. Capability to connect product value proposition with customer requirements 12. Daily reporting on Sales tools Desired Skill Set: 1. Tech-savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, team player | 2.
