Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Interior Designer – Sales Support & Trainer who can support the sales team, guide clients with design expertise, and train team members on products, presentations, and client handling. The ideal candidate should have a strong interior design background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert client requirements into design solutions while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and consult with clients to understand their design preferences, furnishing needs, and lifestyle requirements.
• Provide expert design advice and suggest suitable rug and furnishing combinations.
• Create and present product and design presentations to clients and partners.
• Support the sales team during client visits, site visits, and product demos.
• Conduct training sessions for the sales team and showroom staff on product knowledge, presentation techniques, and customer handling.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing design layouts, mood boards, and product recommendations.
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Contribute to business development by identifying potential clients, designers, or project collaborations.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up for all assigned projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Textile Design / Fine Arts or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Interior Design / Home Furnishing / Rugs industry.
• Strong design sense with good product knowledge in luxury interiors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Proven ability to handle clients professionally and close sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
• Willingness to travel for client visits, training sessions, and site meetings.
• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
