Role Overview
As a Staff Nurse at Sayluss Medicare, you will be responsible for delivering hospital-quality clinical care in the patient’s home environment. The role focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centric care, primarily for the elderly, post-operative patients, and those with chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Patient Care: Provide skilled nursing care including wound dressing, bandaging, and monitoring of health conditions.
Vital Signs Monitoring: Continuously assess and record vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and oxygen levels.
Medication Management: Meticulously administer prescribed medications and manage IV line/infusion treatments.
Specialized Clinical Procedures: Perform and manage tracheostomy care, catheterization, Ryle’s tube (NG tube) feeding, and respiratory care.
ICU at Home: Monitor and manage patients requiring critical care or ventilator support in a home setting.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily patient records and provide regular updates to the family and supervising doctors.
Patient Education: Guide family members on patient handling, nutrition, and hygiene practices to support recovery.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: B.Sc Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
Registration: Must have a valid registration with the State Nursing Council (RNC).
Experience: 0–3 years of experience. (Freshers are welcome; hospital experience is an added advantage).
Skills:
Proficiency in clinical procedures (Injections, IV, Catheterization).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic and patient-centered approach.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Job Details
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹27,500 per month (depending on experience, qualifications, and interview performance).
Location: Udaipur / Bhilwara (Field-based/Home visits).
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (e.g., 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 12/24-hour duties).
Reporting Office: Plot No. 10, Durga Nursery Road, Udaipur.
