We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound service calls, assign service requests to taxi vendors, and ensure smooth coordination of operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to customer service calls in a professional manner.
Assign service requests promptly to taxi vendors based on availability.
Prepare, update, and maintain service records in Excel.
Draft and send emails to clients, vendors, and internal teams as required.
Ensure timely communication and coordination to provide seamless service delivery.
Support the operations team in day-to-day tasks and reporting.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel and email drafting.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in operations, customer service, or coordination will be an advantage.
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
