Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual tests on wire products using calibrated instruments.

Monitor insulation thickness, conductor resistance, tensile strength, and flame retardancy.

Compliance & Documentation

Prepare and submit quality reports to management and regulatory bodies.

Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Recommend process improvements to enhance product consistency and reduce defects.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Audit & Certification

Assist in internal and external audits related to quality systems.

Support certification processes and ensure continuous compliance.

Analyze customer complaints and feedback related to product quality.

Coordinate with customer service and technical teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
