Key Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a warm, professional, and polished manner
Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails efficiently
Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams (sales, beauty consultants, managers)
Maintain visitor records and daily front desk logs
Handle basic client queries related to services, products, and appointments
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and coordination
Handle customer concerns calmly and escalate when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (local language is a plus)
Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business)
Ability to multitask without losing professionalism
Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
