Job Description
The Real Estate Sales Person will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for our upcoming project, from lead generation to property handover.
Sales & Business Development
• Lead Management: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and executing promotional events. Qualify and follow up on inquiries received through various channels (online portals, site visits, referrals).
• Presentations & Site Visits: Conduct compelling presentations of the project features, amenities, and value proposition to prospective clients. Organize and manage site visits, ensuring a superior client experience.
• Negotiation & Closures: Skilfully negotiate pricing and terms to achieve sales targets and close deals efficiently. Complete all necessary sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Client Relationship Management
• Customer Service: Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships before, during, and after the sale. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the buying process.
• Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, offerings, and sales strategies, and provide constructive feedback to the management team.
• Ensure all sales activities and transactions adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain updated records of all sales leads, customer interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Real Estate or high-value direct sales sectors.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Market Knowledge: A good understanding of the local real estate market, especially the Ajmer Road corridor, is a significant advantage.
• Attitude: Highly motivated, target-driven, and a self-starter with a professional demeaner and a strong commitment to ethical sales practices.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software (or similar sales management tools) and MS Office Suite.
