We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality to handle visitors and calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Manage visitor entries and maintain records.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and emails.
Provide basic information to clients and visitors.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Coordinate with different departments when required.
Requirements
Graduate or 12th pass (any stream).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Pleasant personality and professional behavior.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
