Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with gold loan inquiries and explain product features, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Guide customers through the loan application and KYC process.
Provide doorstep services such as documentation collection and gold evaluation coordination.
Support the Relationship Manager in completing loan files and ensuring all documents are verified.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval, disbursement, and verification.
Assist in coordination for gold pickup, storage, and secure transportation as per Rupeek’s standard operating procedures.
Visit customer locations when required for loan-related services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum: Any Graduate (BBA/MBA/PGDM preferred).
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry, mobile apps).
Customer-facing attitude and confidence in field operations.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
