We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our Hero Housing Finance Company. As a Relationship Manager, you will be part of our sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base in the housing finance industry. JOB TITLE: ? Relationship Manager KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue of your area. ? Self motivate to meet and exceed sales goals. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients, connectors, & DSAs. ? Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base. ? Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and participate in industry events and trade shows. ? Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. REQUIRED SKILLS: ? Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals. ? Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and make informed decisions. ? Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ? Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. QUALIFICATIONS: ? Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or any field. ? 1-5 years of proven experience REPORTING TO: ?
