Restaurant Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, preparing and serving food, and ensuring smooth daily store operations.
6. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers politely and take orders accurately
Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments
Prepare food items as per company SOP
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and counter
Ensure food quality and presentation standards
Follow hygiene and safety guidelines
Support team members during rush hours
Maintain stock levels and inform manager about shortages
Close and open the store as per shift requirements
7. Required Skills
Good communication skills
Positive and energetic attitude
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for billing
Teamwork and coordination
8. Qualification
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Experience in QSR / Restaurant preferred (Freshers can apply)
