🍔 Job Description Restaurant Staff / Team Member Company: Burger Farm Location: [Store Location] Department: Operations Reporting To: Store Manager / Shift Manager 🔹 Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Restaurant Staff to join our Burger Farm store. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food items as per brand standards, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the store. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: 1️⃣ Customer Service Greet customers with a positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately. Suggest add-on items and combo meals. Handle customer queries and complaints politely. 2️⃣ Food Preparation & Service Prepare burgers, fries, beverages, and other menu items as per SOP. Ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained. Follow proper portion control and food safety guidelines. 3️⃣ Cash Handling Operate POS machine. Handle cash, UPI, card payments accurately. Maintain billing accuracy. 4️⃣ Store Maintenance & Hygiene Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and wash area. Follow hygiene standards and grooming guidelines. Support in stock counting and inventory management. 🔹 Required Skills: Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of billing/POS (preferred). Ability to work in rotational shifts. Team player with positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. 🔹 Eligibility: Minimum 10th / 12th pass. Freshers can apply.
