Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive / Relationship Officer to join our financial services team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, explaining financial products, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new customer leads

Explain financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and fintech services

Assist customers with documentation and application processes

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement

Maintain customer records and follow up regularly

Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi & English

Basic knowledge of financial products

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Customer-focused approach

Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM preferred)

Qualifications

12th Pass & Above

0–2 years experience (Freshers welcome)
