Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers in selecting vehicles, and achieving sales targets. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for automobiles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

Explain product features, pricing, financing options, and promotional offers.

Conduct test drives and provide detailed vehicle demonstrations.

Follow up with potential customers to close sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain customer database and update CRM systems.

Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for loan and documentation processing.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before and after sales.

Participate in promotional activities, events, and field sales campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (any stream preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of automobiles (preferred but not mandatory).

Presentable personality with a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work on targets and incentives.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).

Valid driving license (preferred).
