Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to contribute to our company's sales and customer engagement efforts. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients or customers.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Promote products/services, explain features, and address customer needs.
Follow up on leads and maintain an organized database of contacts.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations where necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in [BPO/Sales/Real Estate/Insurance, etc.].
Familiarity with CRM software or call center equipment.
Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
