Job Description
• Representing the organization and its business in Urban areas and developing business in the assigned areavis-à-vis customers and the local community.
• Identify potential area & customers, conduct regular meetings at the assigned area and form new SHG (Self Help Group)/JLG (Joint Liability Group).
• Ensure quality of loan application as per the loan policies and procedures of the organization.
• Prepare weekly plan for disbursement& Collection and submit the report it to the BM.
• Give proper orientation about loan tenure, fees, interest rate, instalments, collection rules etc of the organisation to each member at the time of disbursement.
• Follow recovery policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and brand recognition.
• Maintaining the files, documents, and MIS on a regular basis.

• Must have worked in Urban Locations
• Job requires extensively travelling.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good Convincing skills.
• Must have own two-wheeler.
• Must have a Valid Driving license.
