Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads in real estate developers, contractors, architects, and builders.
Promote and sell construction services, materials, or solutions offered by the company.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain repeat business.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, operations, project managers) for project execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Sales or business development experience (preferably in construction/building materials).
Technical understanding of construction processes and materials (a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
