Job Description - PL Executive
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PL Executive to join our team. The PL Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting activities related to personal loan (PL) processes, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end personal loan application process including documentation, verification, and disbursement.
• Coordinate with customers, agents, and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure timely processing of PL cases.
• Track, monitor, and report PL applications at different stages (offer proposed, e-sign, disbursement, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements in PL operations.
• Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and data related to PL performance.
• Support sales and cross-functional teams to achieve monthly PL disbursement targets.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in personal loan operations, banking, or NBFC preferred.
• Good knowledge of PL process, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
