Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our Credit Card Sales team. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting credit card products, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, cold calls, and corporate tie-ups.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products.
Explain product features, benefits, fees, and usage to prospective customers.
Ensure proper KYC documentation and application processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide feedback from customers to improve product and process efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Persuasive selling ability with customer-first approach.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
Basic understanding of financial products and credit card market.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in credit card/financial product sales is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
