Franchise Sales: Identify, pitch, and convert potential B2B clients into sub-franchise partners across India.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees to ensure long-term association and satisfaction.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement company-provided sales strategies while also contributing ideas for improvement based on market feedback.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline updates, and territory-wise sales performance to the management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and onboarding team to ensure smooth handover and support to new sub-franchise partners.
