Role Overview
This role involves handling client inquiries, in-office sales, retail outlet coordination, and order processing. The candidate will support the sales team in building strong client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage in-house client calls and follow-ups.
Handle retail outlet sales and customer service.
Assist in order processing, quotations, and billing.
Coordinate with inventory & production teams for timely delivery.
Participate in promotional activities and retail marketing initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For
10+2 / Graduate (BBA, B. Des., Marketing preferred)
Excellent communication in Hindi & English
Friendly, persuasive, and professional
Basic knowledge of textiles/fabrics is a plus
Preferably male candidates (for retail visits and on-site operations)
