Job Opening - Customer Sales and Success Associate – Hindi Speaker

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support fluent in Hindi to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves handling customer communications with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in the sensitive area of male reproductive healthcare.

Compensation Package

* Salary: 17,000 to 23,000 Per Month (Depend On Experience)

•Performance Incentives: average ?8,000 additional , top performers have consistently achieved ?20,000 additional

•Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

•Guide customers through appointment scheduling and order processes with the doctor

•Provide detailed information about products and services

•Address and resolve customer queries with professionalism

•Manage inbound and outbound customer calls effectively

•Maintain accurate and updated records in Zoho CRM

•Uphold strict confidentiality in all customer interactions

•Work from office requirement (Location: Lalbagh (JAYANAGAR), Bengaluru)

•Hindi fluency is mandatory

•Graduation preferred

•Prior telecalling experience is advantageous

•Strong communication skills with empathetic and professional approach

•Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
