Role Objective:
Own and drive end-to-end sales for corporate and retail gifting clients. Build strategic relationships, close high-value deals, and ensure repeat business—without a team under direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
o Identify and onboard B2B clients (corporates, event planners, HR teams)
o Pitch gifting solutions for festivals, rewards, and bulk orders
o Maintain long-term relationships and upsell seasonal campaigns
• Sales Execution & Target Achievement
o Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
o Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and closure independently
o Maintain CRM discipline and sales logs
• Product & Campaign Coordination
o Liaise with design, procurement, and dispatch teams for custom orders
o Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
o Provide feedback for product innovation and packaging
• Compliance & Documentation
o Ensure GST invoicing, payment terms, and client onboarding compliance
o Maintain audit-ready records of proposals, approvals, and communications
