Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, EPC companies, and channel partners.
* Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solar products and solutions.
* Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
* Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM tools regularly.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, project execution, and customer satisfaction.
* Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate leads.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Education: Bachelorβs degree in B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent (preferred).
* Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Business Development/Sales, specifically in the Solar Industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
* Highly self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet business development targets.
* Strong analytical thinking with a customer-centric approach.
