Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to all customers

Prepare food and beverages according to Burger Farm standards and recipes

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, service, and dining areas

Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager during daily operations

Assist in training and guiding new team members

Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and promptly

Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks when required

Lead shifts when assigned and help coordinate team activities

Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
