Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The Service Advisor will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely and quality vehicle servicing while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
Prepare job cards and accurately document customer complaints.
Provide cost estimates, timelines, and service recommendations.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Keep customers informed about service progress and additional repair needs.
Deliver vehicles after service and explain work performed and charges.
Promote additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
Ensure proper documentation, billing, and warranty claim processing.
Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and repeat business.
Ensure adherence to company service standards and processes.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in automobile service (Freshers can apply).
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS/CRM systems).
Valid driving license preferred.
