We are looking for a creative and dynamic professional who can manage social media, video editing, and graphic design for She Fest India events, campaigns, and branding.
This role is crucial in building a strong digital presence and premium brand identity.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
📱 Social Media Management
Manage Instagram, Facebook & other platforms
Plan and post daily content (reels, posts, stories)
Handle comments, DMs & engagement
Grow followers and build community
🎥 Video Editing
Edit event videos, reels, and promotional content
Create high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels)
Add captions, effects, transitions, and branding
🎨 Graphic Design
Design posts, banners, event creatives
Create promotional posters & social media creatives
Maintain consistent brand theme & aesthetics
🚀 Campaign & Event Support
Create creatives for She Fest events
Support event promotions and launches
Work with marketing team for campaigns
🧠 Skills Required
Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
Video editing tools (CapCut / Premiere Pro / VN etc.)
Understanding of social media trends
Creative thinking & design sense
Basic marketing understanding

Fresher / Experienced both can apply
Passion for creativity & social media
Women candidates preferred (for brand alignment)
💰 Salary / Package
₹12,000 – ₹25,000 / month (based on skills)
