We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to lead our social media efforts and grow our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will develop data-driven strategies, create engaging content, and manage campaigns to enhance engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling visuals and copy.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs to track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and build brand relationships.
- Run paid ad campaigns and optimize ROI.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and content types.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
