Job Title: Credit Card Telesales Executive
Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to promote and sell credit cards over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell credit card products.

Explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of various credit card offers.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card options.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance standards.

Coordinate with the sales team and team leader for performance updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

0–2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in banking, finance, or credit card sales.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills (in English and local language).

Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Fixed + Incentives (based on performance)

Working Days: 6 days a week
Office Timing: [ 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM]
