Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 226001
Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Tele-Sales Executives to join our sales team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound/inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales calls
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Follow up with interested customers to close sales
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Coordinate with the team and reporting manager for updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Prior experience in Tele-Sales / Tele-Calling / Customer Sales preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
Preferred Skills
Experience in BPO, call center, or sales process
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
