Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy products (residential/commercial systems).
Handle inbound inquiries and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
Generate and qualify leads for the field sales team.
Schedule site visits and follow-up meetings.
Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
Stay updated on company products, pricing, and solar industry trends.
