Job Title: Telecaller (International Process) – Female

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Female Telecaller with experience in international calling and excellent communication skills in English. The candidate will be responsible for handling international clients, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and/or inbound international calls.
Communicate effectively with international clients.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Provide detailed information about products/services.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Required Skills:
Prior experience in International Calling (Mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to work in night/rotational shifts (if required).
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
