Job Summary:
Hiranayavarna Hospitalities Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Telecaller & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and managing digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain services and offers.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Digital Marketing Duties:
Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and post engaging content related to company services.
Run and monitor online marketing campaigns.
Handle WhatsApp marketing and email campaigns.
Coordinate with the design team for promotional materials.
Monitor online reviews and respond professionally.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & regional language preferred).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in telecalling or digital marketing is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
