Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a record of calls and update customer information in the database.
Follow up on leads and generate sales or appointments.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.
Maintain a polite and professional tone during all interactions.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales is an advantage.
