Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and promote products/services.

Explain product features and benefits in a clear and convincing way.

Handle customer queries and resolve objections.

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.

Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.

Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduation preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

Basic computer knowledge.

Previous telesales or call center experience is a plus.

Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
