We are hiring a motivated female Telesales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves proactive calling, customer engagement, and supporting insurance sales operations.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Make 150+ outbound calls daily
Conduct daily follow-up calls with potential leads
Create and apply cold calling strategies
Update Excel reporting sheets regularly
Generate and save online insurance quotes
Share quotations with clients and follow up
Convince and convert leads into clients
