Job Description
1.Make outbound calls to leads for loan product sales
2.Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, fees, and repayment terms
3.Convert leads into disbursed loans and meet monthly targets
4.Collect and verify basic customer information and KYC details
5.Follow up with customers to complete documentation and disbursal
6.Update lead status and call notes in CRM systems
7.Adhere to RBI, NBFC, and internal compliance policies
8.Basic understanding of loan products and KYC process
9.1+ years of experience in tele sales (loans/fintech preferred)
