Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our digital services, and converting leads into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce BeDigitally’s IT and marketing services.
Follow up on leads, maintain client databases, and build long-term relationships.
Understand client needs and provide suitable service recommendations.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign improvements.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all client interactions.
Requirements:
Gender: Female candidates only.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT and digital marketing concepts (training will be provided).
Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM tools or call logs.
Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
Education:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
