Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective customers (homeowners) from provided leads or databases to introduce solar panel solutions and identify sales opportunities.
Customer Engagement: Handle inbound inquiries, explain the benefits of solar energy (e.g., cost savings, environmental impact, government incentives), and address customer questions or objections.
Qualifying Leads: Assess customer needs, budget, and property suitability for solar installations through effective questioning and active listening.
Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations or site assessments for the field sales team or technical consultants.
CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain records in the company’s CRM system.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets to drive sales pipeline growth.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about solar panel technology, financing options, and local incentives to provide accurate information to customers.
Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, confirm appointments, and maintain customer interest.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, telemarketing regulations, and ethical sales practices
