We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller (Fresher) to join our Inside Sales team. The role involves engaging potential clients via phone calls, explaining products/services, and generating leads or conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers

Clearly explain products/services and answer queries

Maintain follow-ups with interested leads

Update CRM or internal database with call details

Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English (both spoken and written)

Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach

Basic understanding of sales or eagerness to learn

Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
