Training Executive / Restaurant Trainer

Job Summary
The Training Executive will be responsible for planning and conducting training programs for restaurant staff to ensure they follow company standards, SOPs, and provide excellent customer service. The role focuses on improving staff skills, product knowledge, and operational efficiency across Burger Farm outlets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
1️. Staff Training & Development
• Conduct training sessions for Team Members, Senior Team Members, and Associate Managers.
• Train new employees on company policies, SOPs, food preparation, and service standards.
• Provide on-the-job training at different store locations.
2️. SOP & Process Implementation
• Ensure all staff follow Burger Farm operational SOPs.
• Train employees on hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards.
• Monitor store operations to maintain training quality.
3️. Training Material Development
• Prepare training modules, manuals, and presentations.
• Develop training content related to customer service and product knowledge.
4️. Performance Evaluation
• Evaluate staff performance after training sessions.
• Identify skill gaps and plan improvement programs.
• Share feedback with store managers and HR team.
5️. Store Visits & Support
• Visit different Burger Farm outlets to conduct training.
• Assist store managers in improving team performance.
• Support new store openings with staff training.

Eligibility
• Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant/QSR training or operations
• Experience in staff training or team handling preferred
